Our Year 2 class had a wonderful afternoon learning about Diwali – the Hindu Festival of Light. We were delighted to welcome Mrs Patel to school to talk about the various traditions associated with Diwali, and the children really enjoyed making Diya lamps, creating Rangoli patterns and learning about the God and Goddess Rama and Sita.
